Ingredients
- 2 T Chipotle
- 1 T Fresh Parsley Chopped
- 1/2 Shallot Minced
- 1 C Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Lemon Juiced
- 1/4 C Buttermilk
- 2 T Heavy Cream
- Salt & Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Place All Ingredients in Food Processor, Puree. Refrigerate 1 -2 Hours.
Use on Sandwiches, Shrimp, Fish, etc.
