- 8 Cups Flour
- 8 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 6 Tbsp Oil
- 2 Tbsp Quick Rising Yeast
- 3 Cups Warm Water

Step 1
Mix 2 Tbsp of sugar with warm water and add yeast, put aside in a warm location to activate (10 to 15 minutes).
In your mixer’s bowl add the flour, 6 Tbsp sugar, and salt. Mix on low until ingredients are mixed well.
In a small bowl, beat eggs and add oil, mix well.
By this time the yeast should be ready, add yeast and egg/oil mixture to the mixer’s bowl and install dough hook. Run on low speed until all flour is incorporated with liquid ingredients. Mix on medium for one or two minutes.
Do not knead dough. Dough should be very soft and sticky.
Place dough in a large oiled bowl and cover with plastic wrap and dish towel, set in a warm location to rise for 15 minutes.
Knock down dough and let rise an additional 15 minutes.
Knock down dough and form into small dough balls (1 ½” to 2” diameter) and placed in an oiled baking pan (9”x13” for 1 dozen buns).
Cover pan with plastic wrap and dish towel and place in a warm location to rise for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
