Beef and Tater Tot Casserole
- 1 lb ground turkey or beef cooked, seasoned, drained
- 1 bags tater tots
- 1 can cream of mushroom
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 can cream of chicken
- 3/4 cup grated cheese (divided into 1/2 and 1/4 cup)

Brown meat, season and drain. Place in bottom of a large casserole dish or a 9x13 pan.
Place the tater tots over the meat layer.
Mix together soups, evaporated milk and 1/4 cup of cheese. Pour over top of the meat and tater tots.
Bake at 350F for 1 hour. (10 minutes before its done sprinkle the 1/2 cup of cheese on top and return to oven for final 10 minutes)
