Ingredients
- Bottom:
- 3/4 cup packed Brown Sugar
- 5 TBSP melted Butter
- 1/4 cup Orange Juice
- 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1 can of Pineapple Slices
- Maraschino Cherry Halves
- Top:
- White Cake Mix
- 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
- Dash of Nutmeg
- 2 Tsp Grated Orange Zest
- Dried Orange Peel

Step 1
1)Combine and mix until smooth:
Brown Sugar
Butter
Orange Juice
Cinnamon
2) Pour into 8x8 pan (lined with release foil).
3) Arrange drained Pineapple Rings on top of mixture.
4) Put Cherry halves in center of Pineapples.
5) Prepare Cake Mix (substitute Orange Juice for the milk/water).
6) Add Cinnamon, Nutmeg, and Grated Orange Zest to cake mixture.
7) Pour Cake Mixture into pan.
8) Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
9) Add dried Orange Peel on top after inverting the cake.
