Eggs: Crab Quiche

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • evaporated milk
  • 1/4 t salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg to taste
  • butter
  • Crab
  • Basic mix plus green onions
  • Swiss cheese
  • 1 can crabmeat, drained

Preparation

Step 1

Precook crust at 450 degrees for 7-8 minutes.

Put eggs into a 2 cup measuring cup and add evaporated milk to 1 1/4 cup.
Add other ingredients including crab, green onions and cheese.
Salt and pepper to taste
Dot with butter

Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
