Ingredients

  • 1 C. evaporated milk
  • 1/2 C. butter
  • 1 C. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 1/3 C. coconut
  • 1 C. pecans chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Cook the first 5 ingredients over low heat until it thickens. Then add the remaining 2 ingredients and stir well.
