Grilled Chicken/Jalapeno Rollup

Ingredients

  • 6 skinned chicken tenders (pound thinly)
  • 1 can mild jalapenos (San Marcus brand)
  • 6 pieces Monterey Jack cheese (cut into sticks
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 tblsp season salt
  • 1 bottle Captain Rodney Boucan Glaze (from Gourmet Pantry)

Preparation

Step 1

Sprinkle chicken with season salt.

Place 1 jalapeno & 1 piece of cheese on chicken.

Roll up chicken starting at the short end.

Wrap chicken in a piece of bacon & secure with a toothpick.

Grill & baste your chicken with the glaze or your favorite BBQ sauce
