Ingredients
- 1 1 lb bag frozen mixed vegetables or gumbo mix
- 4 Chicken breasts/turkey meat (cooked & cut in bite size pieces)
- 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 1/2 cans Chicken broth or hot water
- 1 pkg Redi Pie Crusts (top & bottom)
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients in a large pan and heat
Place in an uncooked pie shell
Top with top crust and crimp edges closed. Cut top of crust with 3 air vents
Place pie on a baking sheet
Bake @ 350 degrees or until golden brown
