Ingredients
- 2 9 inch unbaked double pie crusts
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 lg eggs (separated)
- 2 tblsp butter (melted)
- 2 tblsp vinegar
- 3 tblsp milk
- 1/4 teasp vanilla
- 1/4 teasp cinnamon
- 1 cup raisins
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk egg yolks & add all other ingredients except egg whites, mix well.
Beat egg whites well; add to other ingredients & mix well.
Pour into 2-9 inch pie shells & top with top pie crust.
Cut vents in each top crusts.
Place pie pans on a cookie sheet & bake @350 degrees for 1 hour or until brown.
Let cool before serving
