Pepper Relish

Ingredients

  • 18 lg bell peppers (seeded)
  • 1 1/2 lb hot pepper (seeds included)
  • 6 lg onions (chopped)
  • 1 pint cider vinegar
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tblsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Finely chop all pepper and onions, add vinegar, slat and sugar.

Bring to a boil and cook 20 minutes.

Put into jars and seal.
