Ingredients
- 5 cups Drippings from meat.
- 1 1/2 tblsp Cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup water
Preparation
Step 1
Pour drippings into a medium sauce pan and bring to a boil.
Prepare 1 cup of cold water in a glass with the cornstarch mixed in.
Whisk cornstarch mixture into the boiling sauce pan.
Remove from heat into serving dish.
