Peanut Butter Chocolate Ritz Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 lb chocolate, white almond bark or any flavor or color of candy melts.
• 1 box Ritz crackers
• 1 smll jar peanut butter

Preparation

Step 1

Spread out 2 long sheets of wax paper.

Spread peanut butter evenly on Ritz cracker, then top with another to make a sandwich.

In a bowl, microwave, 1 minute at a time, almond bark or candy melts, until melted

Dip cookie sandwich 1 at a time into melted almond bark & coat; set on wax paper to dry.

Let dry approximately 30 minutes.

Store in airtight container.
