Ingredients

  • 4 mushrooms
  • 2 stalks of scallions
  • 1/2 package of tofu
  • 1 pinch of salt to taste
  • 1 pinch of pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp. of olive oil
  • 1 splash of ume vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

1.Heat the oil in a pan.

2.Toss in the mushrooms and scallions, and lightly sauté.

3.Add the tofu to the pan (squeeze it into the pan, crumble style. This will make it turn out like eggs)
4.Add a pinch of salt to the tofu, and let it cook.

5.Then add a pinch of pepper and the ume vinegar.

6.Sauté for 5-10 minutes on medium heat.
 Basically just cook it like you used to cook eggs.
7.Serve and enjoy!
