Ingredients
- 1 lb. softened butter
- 5 C. flour
- 1 C. sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Mix butter & sugar; add 1 C. flour & mix. Repeat.
Use last cup of flour to kneed the mixture.
Spread dough on cookie sheet, rolling flat with rolling pin.
Flatten edges with spatula. Dip fork tines into flour & poke
6 or so rows of holes.
Bake at 300 for 50-60 min.
