Pretzel Bites Cookies

Ingredients

  • Rollo candies, a chocolate covered caramel.
  • Pretzels (grid or figure 8)
  • Large whole piece pecans.

Preparation

Step 1

On a parchment paper lined cookie sheet set out the pretzel pieces (you may use the standard figure 8 style or the screen style that I used); place an unwrapped
Rollo candy on each pretzel piece then put in the oven (about 250-300 degrees) for just a few minutes. Only long enough to soften the candy.

Take out of the oven and place a pecan half on each piece, gently "mooshing" the candy. Let cool and enjoy!
