Strawberry Petzel Salad

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups finely crushed pretzels
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 3 cups whipped topping, thawed
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 6 oz. pkg. strawberry gelatin
- 1/2 bag Whole Strawberries

Step 1
1. Heat oven to 350°F.
2. In medium bowl, combine pretzels, butter and brown sugar. Mix well and pat mixture into a 9"x13" baking pan.
3. Bake for 10 minutes, let cool completely.
4. In large bowl, beat together cream cheese and powered sugar until fluffy; fold in whipped topping; blend well. Set aside.
5. In medium bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water and stir in sliced strawberries. Let stand 2-3 minutes or until slightly thickened.
6. Spread cream cheese mixture over cooled crust and top with berry-gelatin. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, no longer than 12.
