Pie Crust

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 egg

Preparation

Step 1

put flour in process
cut in cold butter
add eggs
add water
don't let it ball
take out and shape on counter
chill for 1/2 hour
put in pie shell
chill again
bake 15-20 min at 425
