Ingredients
- 6 cups beans (washed)
- 6-8 cups hot water
- 6 tblsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
Pack beans into hot jars.
Add 1 tsp salt per jar
Fill with hot water to 1 inch from the top
Pressure cook on 10-15 pounds of pressure for 15 minutes.
Allow pressure to reduce slowly.
Remove from canner to kitchen towel & allow to cool & seal
