Quick Rice Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 c. rice, cooked
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 lg. egg, beaten
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

After rice is cooked, add sugar, salt, cornstarch, milk and egg. Cook until thick and creamy; about 15 minutes over medium heat. Add vanilla.
