Ingredients
- 2 cups Sugar
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 teasp Baking Soda
- 1 teasp Vanilla
- 1 20 oz can Crushed Pineapple with Juice
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1 stick Butter (softened)
- 1 lg Cream Cheese (softened)
- 1 small can Crushed Pineapple (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Mix first 5 ingredients together and pour batter into a sprayed 9X13" baking dish.
Bake @ 350 degrees 30-40 minutes or until brown and toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let cool 10 minutes.
Cream together next 4 ingredients with electric mixer and spread over cake.
