Pineapple Cake

Janie's recipe.

Ingredients

• 2 cups Sugar
• 2 cups Flour
• 1 teasp Baking Soda
• 1 teasp Vanilla
• 1 20 oz can Crushed Pineapple with Juice
• 3/4 cup Sugar
• 1 stick Butter (softened)
• 1 lg Cream Cheese (softened)
• 1 small can Crushed Pineapple (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first 5 ingredients together and pour batter into a sprayed 9X13" baking dish.

Bake @ 350 degrees 30-40 minutes or until brown and toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Let cool 10 minutes.

Cream together next 4 ingredients with electric mixer and spread over cake.
