Strawberry Parfait

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg pound cake
  • 1 jar strawberry preserves
  • vanilla ice cream or vanilla pudding

Preparation

Step 1

Cut pound cake in cubes; put some in a parfeit glass.

In small saucepan, heat preserves with a little water to thin down.

Put some ice cream or pudding into glass.

Then put in some preserves.

Repeat with cake, pudding & preserves.

Serve
