Ingredients
- 4 med-lg potatoes (washed & unpeeled or peeled)
- 4 tblsp butter
- 1/4 cup oil
- salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Using a large grater, grate washed potatoes in a plate.
Heat oil & butter in a medium-large skillet.
Place potatoes in skillet & salt & pepper.
Let potatoes brown on each side & turn.
Drain on a plate with a paper towel.
Serve hot.
