Pineapple Cheese Ball

Ingredients

• 2 8 oz pkg cream cheese (softened)
• 1 8 oz can crushed pineapple (drained)
• 1/4 cup green bell pepper (finely chopped)
• 2 tblsp onion (finely chopped)
• 1/2 tblsp season salt
• 1 cup pecans (chopped)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except pecans.

Roll into a ball & roll into pecans to coat.

Cover & refrigerate

Serve with crackers
