Pumpkin Spice Cake

Ingredients

• 1 package spice cake mix
• 1 3/4 cups pumpkin
• 1 cup miracle whip dressing
• 3 eggs
• 1 package (250 g) Philadelphia cream cheese softened
• 1/4 cup butter, softened
• 2 tbsp milk
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 4 cups icing sugar

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease 13x9 baking dish and set aside. Beat cake mix, pumpkin, dressing and eggs in large bowl of electric mixer on medium until well blended. Pour into prepared pan.
2. Bake 32 to 35 min until wooden toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
3. Beat cream cheese, butter, milk and vanilla in large bwol of electric mixer on medium until well blended. Gradually add sugar beating after each addition until well blended. Spread over cooled cake.
