Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups graham wafer crumbs
- 1 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 1 cup whipping cream

Step 1
Take 1 3/4 cups crumbs and add 1/2 cup melted butter. Press in well greased 8 1/2 x 10 1/2 inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes in 325 oven. Cool.
Cream 1/2 cup butter. Blend in icing sugar. Add 2 unbeaten eggs and mix well. Spread on first mixture. Drain pineapple. Whip cream and add pineapple. Spread on top and sprinkle with crumbs.
Chill in fridge for several hours or overnight.
