Zucchini Bread

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup oil
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 2 cups flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
• 2 cups chopped walnuts
• 2 cups shredded zuchini

Preparation

Step 1

Pre heat oven 350 degrees
Grease and Flour 2 loaf pans
Combine 1st 4 ingredients x 3 minutes
Add cream cheese
Mix dry ingredients (separately)
On low combine dry ingredients with wet
Fold in walnuts and zucchini
Bake 60 minutes
