Fudge ( Bonnie Wilde)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 # Butter
  • 2 t. vanilla
  • 12 oz. (2 c.) milk chocolate chips
  • 6 oz. (1 c.) semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 c pecan pieces
  • 4-5 c mini marshmallows
  • 4 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 can evaporated milk

Preparation

Step 1

Put first six ingredients in a large bowl and set aside.
Put sugar and milk in heavy kettle. place on hot burner and stir constantly until it reaches a full rolling boil. Boil 7 minutes (I use candy thermometer to soft ball stage). Pour over chocolate mixture. Stir briskly until all chocolate and marshmallows are melted. Pour into buttered containers. Set overnight or refrigerate for a few hours.
