Cinnamon Popovers

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 T. butter, melted
  • 1 t. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 t. salt

Preparation

Step 1

In blender, combine all ingredients. Cover and blend 30 seconds or until combined. Fill 6 - 8 WELL-GREASED custard cups ( or 2 1/2 inch muffin pan) HALF FULL. Bake in 400 degree oven for 40 minutes.

For crispy popovers, prick tops with a fork to let the steam escape before removing popovers from oven.
