Scalloped Potatoes II

Ingredients

  • 4-6 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 3 tblsp melted butter
  • 3 tblsp flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup Velvetta Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Thinly slice potatoes & place in a greased, shallow casserole pan.

Melt butter in a medium sauce pan.

Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.

Add milk & stir until thickened & bubbly.

Add cheese & stir until melted. Pour over potatoes.

Cover & bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.

Remove cover & bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
