Green Chili Pockets

Ingredients

  • 1 lb hamburger meat or chicken (cooked)
  • 2 can crescent rolls
  • 2 cans whole green chillies
  • 1 bunch green onions (finely chopped)
  • 2 cups grated Longhorn cheese
  • 1 sml can chopped black olives (for garnish)
  • 1 carton sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Cook & drain hamburger meat.

In a 9"X13" sprayed baking pan, place 1 can of crescent rolls, (do not separate).

Spread meat on top of crescent rolls.

Split open green chili's and lay a row across hamburger meat.

Sprinkle with cheese and onions.

Top with second can of crescent rolls.

Bake @375 degrees approximately 20 minutes or until puffed & browned.

Serve warm, topped with sour cream.
