Ingredients
- 1 4 oz pkg cream cheese (softened)
- 1 tblsp milk
- 1 tblsp sugar
- 1 1/2 cups cool whip
- 1 9 inch graham cracker crust
- 1 cup milk
- 2 pkg vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 16 oz can pumpkin mix
- 1 teasp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teasp ground ginger
- 1/4 teasp ground cloves
Preparation
Step 1
Mix cream cheese, milk & sugar in a large bowl with a whisk until smooth.
Gently stir in whipped topping; spread evenly on bottom of crust.
Pour 1 cup milk into bowl, add pudding mix, beat with whisk until well blended, 1-2 minutes.
Stir in pumkin and spices with wire whisk, mix well.
Spread over cream cheese layer.
Chill at least 3 hours before serving.
Top with whip cream & nuts (if desired)
