Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 9 inch deep dish ready made Pie Crust
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teasp salt
  • 1 teasp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teasp ground ginger
  • 1/4 teasp ground cloves
  • 2 lg eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups LiBBY'S® 100% Pure Pumpkin
  • 1 1/2 cup Evaporated milk
  • 1 lg whip cream

Preparation

Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.

Combine sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger & cloves in small bowl.

Beat eggs with whisk in a large bowl.

Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture.

Gradually stir in evaporated milk.

Pour into uncooked pie shell.

Bake in pre-heated 425 degree oven for 15 minutes.

REDUCE temperature to 350 degrees & bake for 40-50 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.

Cook on wire rack for at least 2 hours.

Serve with whip cream.
