Grilled Fruit

Great for pineapple or peach halves.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 sticks butter (melted)
  • fresh fruit

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare desired fruit; slice fresh pineapple into rings & core, cut fresh peaches, nectarines or plums into halves, slice bananas into long strips.

Combine brown sugar & melted butter.

Coat fruit & place in a foil pan on the grill.

Pineapple rings & peach or nectarine halves can be brushed with mixture & cooked directly on the grill.
