Roasted Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 6 plum tomatoes (de-seeded & halved)
  • 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
  • 2 tblsp sugar
  • 6 tblsp olive oil
  • 6 tblsp balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Half tomatoes & place on baking sheet with salt, pepper, garlic, olive oil & balsamic vinegar.

Toss tomatoes to coat.

Sprinkle with sugar.

Bake @ 275 degrees for 2 hours.

Serve with mozerella cheese & basil on baggets
