Mini Polish Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf mini sandwich bread (in the Deli)
  • 1 pkg smoked sausage (heated & sliced)
  • 1 can sour kraut (heated)
  • 1/2 cup mustard
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese (folded into fourths)
  • 1 jar kosher dill pickles (thinly sliced)

Preparation

Step 1

Spread mustard onto bread slices

Place a slice of sausage, cheese, kraut & pickle on bread & top with another slice of bread

Grill & serve
