Green Queso

Ingredients

  • 6 lg Bell Pepper's (finely chopped)
  • 1 Jalapeno pepper (finely chopped)
  • 1 lb Velvetta Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Place bell peppers and jalapeno in a large pot, bring to a boil.

You should not need any liquid since bell peppers are full of water but if needed you can add 1 cup of water to start process.

Cover and cook over medium-low heat until tender or mushy.

Add Velvetta cheese a little at a time until all is melted.

Serve with chips
