cup thinly sliced carrots
10 oz package frozen chopped broccoli
tsp chicken bouillon granules
cup shredded cheddar cheese
In a large saucepan cook the carrots and broccoli until tender. Drain. Add the milk. In a small bowl combine the flour, bouillon, salt and flour and stir in water until smooth. Pour over the broccoli/milk mixture. Bring to a boil and simmer until thick, approximately 10 to 20 minutes. Stir in cheese until it melts.
