Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar, sifted
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 jar marshmellow creme 9about 7 oz)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pink food colouring (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
In large bowl, beat butter with electric mixer until creamy. Add sugar and salt to the butter; mix well. Add marshmellow creme and vanilla; blend well. If desired, add food colouring. Use immediately to fill whoopie pies or refreidgerate covered up to 1 week. Bring back to room temperatureand lightly beat before using.
