Spicy Black Bean Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz can black beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 TBS Tahini
  • 1 tsp sriracha chili sauce
  • 1 lg lemon
  • 1/2 tsb sea salt
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley
  • 1 ripe lg peach
  • freshly baked pita chips
  • 2 TBS olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Put black beans, tahini, garlic, olive oil, chili sauce, and juice of lg lemon in food processor. Pulse until smooth. (If mixture is too thick drizzle some of the black bean liquid from the can). Season with 1/2 tsb sea salt transfer Hummus into bowl and allow to chill. Meanwhile, dice avocado and place in small bowl. season with sea salt 1 tsb fresh lemon juice and chopped parsley. Dice peach and add to Avocado mixture and toss gently. To serve place in a dish and top with avocado mixture. Serve with pita chips.
