Beanie Weenee or Beans and Franks

Ingredients

  • 1 - Pkg Oscar Mayer Hot Dogs or hot dog of your choice
  • 2 - 3 Cans Pork & Beans
  • Amounts below can be adjusted to your taste
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1 tsp Mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Cut up all the hot dogs in bite size pieces. Add to skillet along with 1 - 2 T. butter (I know fattening but oh well) Saute hot dogs until very lightly brown. Add pork n beans to a large bowl add BBQ sauce, brown sugar and mustard mix well. Add hot dogs and mix. Pour into a casserole dish and bake for about 20 minutes until bubbly. We serve ours with sweet corn muffins.
