Angel Hair Pasta with Pesto & Lemon

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb angel hair pasta
- /4 cup prepared VE pesto
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Zest finely chopped and joice of 1 lemon
- VE sea salt and pepper to tast
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook pasta according to package directions
2. In bowl, whisk together prepared VE Pesto, olive oil, zest and leon juice.
3. Drain pasta and add to bowl, tossing to coat. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
4. Serve in individual pasta bowls, top with grated parmesan cheese.
