Icings: Buttermilk Icing for Prune Cake

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup buttermilk
• 1/2 t soda
• 1 T white corn syrup
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1/2 t vanilla

Preparation

Boil til forms a soft ball, 15 or 20 minutes. Pour over hot cake.
