Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb butter (melted) in a heavy pan
  • Add: 3/4 cup of flour; mix with a whisk; then boil 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly
  • Add: 1 quart of mil; continue stirring; then add 1/3 cup sugar; continue stirring until it bubbles. Then it is done cooking.

Step 1

Serve. hot. Serve with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

Store in fridge or freezer.

Reheat in microwave.
