Ingredients

  • 1/2 bushel tomatoes (peeled, cored & diced)
  • 6 large onions (peeled & chopped)
  • 4 large bell peppers (seeded & chopped)
  • 4 large banana peppers
  • 4 med-lg jalapeno peppers
  • 3 cloves garlic (peeled & crushed)
  • 1 bunch cilantro (chopped)
  • 2 tblsp salt
  • 1/4 cup distilled white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp per jar Fruit Fresh

Preparation

Step 1

Place tomatoes in large kettle, cook, remove excess juice.

Boil separately banana peppers & jalapeno peppers, cool & remove seeds, then chop.

Add to tomatoes, onions, garlic, salt & cilantro.

Cook to desired thickness.

Add vinegar just before you bottle.

Pressure cook for 10 minutes.
