Chocolate Covered Apricot Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 can Eagle Brand Milk
  • 1/2 stick butter (softened)
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 2 cups chopped pecans
  • 1 small pkgs dried apricot
  • 1 lg pkg chocolate chips
  • 1 square paraffin wax

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 6 ingredients together, blend well.

Roll dough into bite size balls.

Melt chocolate chips & paraffin over low heat.

Dip balls into chocolate & set onto wax sheet to dry.
