Strawberry Poke Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box White Cake Mix (3 eggs, oil & water)
  • 1 lg pkg Strawberry Flavored Jello
  • 2 cups Boiling Water
  • 1 lg carton Whip Cream
  • 1 pkg Frozen Strawberries (thawed)

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare cake mix according to pkg directions in a 9X13" baking pan.

In a medium bowl, dissolve jello with the boiling water. Set aside.

When cake is done, poke holes in cake all over with a fork. Pour jello mixture over the cake.

Place in refrigerator to cool.

In a large mixing bowl, fold strawberries into whip cream. Place in refrigerator.

When cake is completely cooled, spread with topping.
