Ingredients
- 4 lg eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 sticks butter (melted)
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose-flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1 teasp vanilla
- 1 cup coconut (optional)
- 2 cups chopped nuts (optional)
- 1 jar marshmallow creme
- 1 stick butter
- 6 tblsp milk
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1 lb box powdered sugar
- 1 teasp vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Cream together eggs & sugar with electric mixer.
Combine melted butter, flour, cocoa, vanilla, coconut & chopped nuts. Mix well.
Combine both mixtures together, mix well.
Pour into a sprayed 9" X 13" baking pan @350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven & spread marshmallow creme evenly over top.
In a small - medium saucepan, combine the last 5 ingredients, whisking together bring to a boil.
Let cool a few minutes & spread over the marshmallow topping.
