Asparagus & Prosciutto

Ingredients

  • 1 bundle Fresh Green Asparagus
  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 pkg Prosciutto (bacon can be substitued)
  • Sea Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Wash asparagus and cut off any little knubs on stem and cut off hard ends.

Take 3 asparagus spears and wrap with a piece of prosciutto.

Place on parchment lined cookie sheet.

Sprinkle with sea salt.

Bake 20 minutes or until spears are tender.
