Ingredients
- Fresh Salmon
- 1/2 C Sea Salt
- 1/4 C Sugar
- Dry Spices - Herbs de Provence
- Whole Pepper Corns
- 1 Lemon Juiced & Sliced
- 1/4 C Vodka

Preparation
Step 1
Blend Salt, Sugar, Herbs & Pepper.
Sprinkle Salmon with Vodka & Lemon Juice, Coat with Mixture & Lemon Slices.
Cover with Plastic Wrap, Refrigerat 2-3 Days.
Remove, Wash & Cut Into Thin Slices.
Serve with Salad, on Toast with Cream Cheese, etc.
