  • Fresh Salmon
  • 1/2 C Sea Salt
  • 1/4 C Sugar
  • Dry Spices - Herbs de Provence
  • Whole Pepper Corns
  • 1 Lemon Juiced & Sliced
  • 1/4 C Vodka



Step 1

Blend Salt, Sugar, Herbs & Pepper.

Sprinkle Salmon with Vodka & Lemon Juice, Coat with Mixture & Lemon Slices.

Cover with Plastic Wrap, Refrigerat 2-3 Days.

Remove, Wash & Cut Into Thin Slices.

Serve with Salad, on Toast with Cream Cheese, etc.
